Petit Crest Villas is a neighborhood of 35 timeshare Villas in the large, private residential community of Big Canoe. Our office is located 3.5 miles inside the main gate of Big Canoe. Travel carefully. If you get lost, we have a 24-hour answering service ... dial 706-268-3600. Take Steve Tate Hwy off of Hwy 53 approximately 1.5 miles to the Main Entrance of Big Canoe. Steve Tate Hwy runs in between the Foothills Chevron and the Foothills Shopping Center.

You may enter the Main Entrance of Big Canoe after 3:30 pm on Friday; check-in time is 4 pm and is strictly enforced.

Follow the main road (Wilderness Parkway) at the first stop sign the road becomes (Wolfscratch Drive) drive forward through the stop sign and continue driving through the remaining (2) STOP signs until you see Petit Crest on your right.

Traveling north on I-75, and from the Atlanta Airport, take I-75 North thru Atlanta to I-575/exit 268. Go north approximately 31 miles on I-575 (I-575 will become Hwy 515) to the first red light, Waleska Hwy (Hwy 108 and Hwy 53) Turn right on Hwy 108/53: go approximately 2 miles to the 4-way stop in Tate. Drive forward through the stop sign, cross over the railroad tracks and stay on Hwy 53 for approximately 8.5 miles to Steve Tate Hwy. See above directions to office.

Traveling south on I-75, exit at Fairmount/Hwy 53, follow 53 East into Jasper. There are several turns on Hwy 53, so watch the road signs carefully. Stay on Hwy 53. When you see a Wendy's you will be in Jasper. Go to Hwy 515/53 West (a 4-lane highway). Turn right. Follow 515 South/53 to the 3rd red light, (about 4 miles) Waleska Hwy. Hwy 108/53. Turn left. In Tate at the 4-way stop, drive forward through the stop sign, cross over the railroad tracks and stay on Hwy 53. Follow Hwy 53 for approximately 8.5 miles to Steve Tate Hwy. Traveling south on I-85, Exit on to Hwy 129 (Ga. Hwy 11) into Gainesville, turn left on to Jesse Jewell Pkwy. Follow to Hwy 53, turn right on to Hwy 53 West to Dawsonville. Stay on Hwy 53 West through Dawsonville; look for Steve Tate Hwy on your right. Steve Tate Hwy is approximately 12 miles from the Dawsonville town square. Turn right on Steve Tate Hwy. Traveling north on Hwy 400, go to Dawsonville and take Hwy 53 West through Dawsonville (we are 12 miles from the town of Dawsonville) to Steve Tate Hwy. See above directions to office.

If this is your first trip to Petit Crest Villas, we would suggest that you arrive before dark if at all possible. Big Canoe is a wildlife sanctuary and as such, is not well lit, and the roads, although paved, are narrow and twisting. Some cell phones do not work in our area due to the mountainous terrain!
